Our Mission
Our Mission
Givingheart helps spread positivity and support mental health. Each product is designed to normalize the conversation, bring a smile, or remind someone they're not alone. We donate 10% of our net profits to mental health causes because caring for yourself and others should go hand in hand.
My Story
I remember sitting in a high school classroom listening to a speaker from CHADS Coalition talk about mental health and suicide. At the time it felt distant, something that happened to other people. I sat there thinking, wow, I can't believe people feel this way.
Years later, I understood.
In college, anxiety showed up first. I'd feel my back start to tighten in uncomfortable situations. Sometimes it would get so bad that I could barely move. It was my body's way of telling me something was wrong and it was more than my brain could handle. It still happens sometimes. I've just learned to recognize it now and breathe through it.
Depression came later. After college I spent a year traveling for work, and somewhere along the way I felt alone and I didn't handle it well. I remember once spending several hours at a Casino until the wee hours of the morning just because I felt alone and wanted to be around others. I had taken for granted how easy I had building relationships through childhood and college. Out in the real world, nobody hands it to you. You have to be intentional and take initiative which is a lesson I am still learning to this day.

Where Your Money Goes
Every purchase supports three organizations we genuinely believe in:
CHADS Coalition — the organization that first opened my eyes to mental health and suicide prevention. Their work in schools is where this all started for me.
Active Minds — a student-led nonprofit changing the mental health conversation on college campuses. They're building a generation that knows how to ask for help.
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) — the largest grassroots mental health organization in the country, with chapters in communities everywhere. No one gets left out of that conversation.
