Our Made-For-You Guarantee

Every Givingheart piece is printed just for you the moment you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your tee, crewneck, mug, or tote comes to life because you chose it. That's part of what makes this brand personal, and it also shapes how returns work around here.

Here's our promise, plain and simple: if anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not what you ordered, we'll make it right within 30 days. No return shipping, no hoops, no stress.

If Something's Wrong With Your Order

If your item arrives with a defect, a printing error, damage from shipping, or it's simply not the item you ordered:

Email us at hello@itsgivingheart.com within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number and a photo or two of the issue

That's it. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to ship anything back.

We aim to respond within one business day, and we'll always lead with making it right.

Sizing

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for size preferences. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a cozier fit — and if you have questions about fit before ordering, just email us and we'll share the measurements for any item.

That said, we get it — sometimes a fit just isn't right. If your size isn't working, email us and we'll work with you on a one-time courtesy replacement in the size you need. We want you actually wearing your Givingheart gear, not leaving it in a drawer.

Changed Your Mind?

Since each piece is custom-printed when you order, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Every order placed means a real item gets made — it's what keeps our products meaningful and our partnership donations possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed right away on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
